- Investment Readiness & Advisory: this service level is purely consultative; we review your investment strategy, documentation and campaign. We will then set out recommendations and provide advisory service to help you achieve a successful campaign.
- We represent you in raising the capital, our work here will involve: investment readiness, pitch documentation, source and shortlisting investors and then getting you to the pitch.
Our Readiness and Advisory Service is based on a fixed fee for four time and expertise.
Our Capital Raising Service is a bit more structured:
- There will be a consulting fee upfront (this is reimbursed when we secure the capital/raise.
- There will be a success fee for the capital we raise

VENTURE PARTNERING
Venture Partnering is one of the fastest ways to launch and grow any business; our network and expertise joined with your vision and tenacity to succeed makes for an exciting opportunity.
Venture Partnering is when senior individuals with specialised expertise works with ventures to provide a range of strategic, executive, operational and portfolio support.
Venture Partners are compensated on the ‘upside interest’ from the business; as part of the agreement a set of targets and the rewards are agreed between the partner and venture.
Venture Partnering could be seen as a risk averse way of growing or scaling your venture; there are generally no upfront fees and pay-out is usually on a results basis. So it works like a ‘no-win, no-fee”
